Our ideal candidate will be someone who enjoyspartnering with internal and external stakeholders with over10years experience in a commercial and industrial Property Manager rolewith a strongtrack recordin people leadership governance and operational delivery. You will be highly organised detail-focusedand proactive with the ability to balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement of systems and processes.
About the Role
As a member of Cromwells in-house Property teamandreporting to theChief Operating Officer - Property thispermanent full-timerole willlead theProperty Management functionand ensure the effective operational delivery of asset strategies across Cromwells portfolio. The role oversees the execution of asset plans at the property level driving tenant outcomes operationalperformanceandsustainableincome delivery.

Leadership
Leadmentorand develop a high performingteam.
Influence performance beyond direct reporting lines creating alignment across business functions.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery processes systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder outcomes.
Service Delivery and Portfolio Performance
Ensure the effective execution of asset strategies across the portfolio with all property management activities deliveredin accordance withCromwells policiesproceduresand governance frameworks.
Drive consistent service delivery standards across assets ensuring tenant outcomes operational performance and income delivery align with portfolioobjectives.
Governance and Operational Delivery
Ensure all property management activities are conductedin accordance withCromwell policies procedures and delegationsmaintainingstrong governance and operational discipline.
Ensure best-practicefinancial managementacross the portfolio including preparation of annual budgets monthlyforecastingand AFFO reporting in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Tenant Engagement Oversight
Provide strategic oversight of the property management function to ensure efficientcompliantand customer-focused operations across the portfolio.Support delivery of the Tenant Relationship Strategy to enhance tenant satisfactionretentionand long-term value creation.
