In the role of Adviser Support you will join a team to work with Australias most successful families corporates and forpurpose organisations to help protect and grow their wealth and realise their legacies.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Strengthen client relationships through exceptional communication meaningful engagement and deep rapportbuilding.
  • Support advisers by applying critical thinking and contributing to portfolio insights investment analysis and strategic recommendations for highnetworth (HNW) clients.
  • Safeguard the business by proactively managing risk and ensuring full compliance across investmentrelated activities.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the advice and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows and optimise processes.
  • Act as the central point of coordination by managing schedules streamlining activities and keeping everything running efficiently.

Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our clients. Youll need:

  • A strong interest in investments portfolio construction and market strategy with relevant education or experience (finance economics accounting or investment-related fields) advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Wealth Management including administrative support governance and familiarity with investment processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated clientservice ethic.
  • High accuracy accountability and efficiency with the ability to plan prioritise and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) strong rapportbuilding skills and ideally familiarity with JBWere systems processes and structure
