業務内容
本ポジションはCRM事業部内に新設された Strategy Management Office戦略マネジメントオフィスにStrategy & PMOleadとして経営層営業部門グローバル国内の本社ファンクション部門と密に連携しながら環境分析から中長期事業戦略の策定重点プロジェクトの推進モニタリングまでを一貫して担っていただきます経営に近い立場で事業部全体を俯瞰し戦略を描くだけでなく確実に実行につなげる役割を担う影響力の大きなポジションです
市場競合環境分析国内外
中長期視点での事業部戦略重点施策の策定
グローバルおよび国内ビジネスレビューの企画取り纏め
事業部スコアカードKPI/ OKR等の設計および進捗トラッキング
新規プロジェクトの企画提案立ち上げ推進
PMO機能としてのプロジェクト進捗管理課題抽出是正アクションの推進
事業変革を支えるチェンジマネジメント
成果知見のベストプラクティス化および横展開

Job Experience
ヘルスケア業界での戦略/経営企画での経験マーケティング経験(5年程度)
部門横断プロジェクトをリードした経験
組織変革を推進したチェンジマネジメントの経験
英語での実務経験(ビジネスプレゼンテーション及び電話会議による交渉 等)
Skill / Knowledge
医療業界医療機器ビジネスの理解
プロジェクトマネージメントスキル
リサーチデータ分析スライド作成スキル
プレゼンテーションスキル
読み書き会話ともにビジネスレベルの英語力
