Job Summary

We are currently searching for a District Sales/Training Manager for our client based in Alabama. This is a remote position with overnight travel required.

Our client is a growing F&I Warranty Company based in Atlanta GA. They provide forward thinking profit centers world class training and innovative technologies to be a long-term strategic partner for all your F&I needs.

Responsibilities:

In this exciting role we are seeking a motivated and driven individual to fill a District Training/Sales Manager position in the Alabama area. This person will be responsible for training and developing finance managers and work with Dealership Management on recruitment. The ideal candidate must have 2 years experience as a finance manager in the automotive retail business. The position would be to train and develop finance managers in the dealership. Candidate must reside in the Birmingham AL area.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an effective communicator with active-listening skills
  • Strong professionalism and work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail Excel and Word.

Requirements

  • A college degree or equivalent business experience
  • Willing and able to travel as needed and required (up to 80%)
  • Must have at least 4 consecutive years with a single employer.
  • 2 years of experience in the Automotive Retail Business
  • Ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial spirt and the desire to help build a growing business

Compensation

$85000-$120000 annually
