We are seeking a B Mechanic to support a fast-paced production environment focused on commercial electrical products. This is a hands-on critical role responsible for keeping production equipment running safely efficiently and reliably on 3rd shift.

What Youll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and automated lines
- Perform preventative maintenance lubrication and equipment inspections
- Support changeovers including loading coils and adjusting production lines
- Maintain and repair machinery such as:
- Power presses
- Clampers tappers and automated systems
- Perform basic electrical tasks safely and effectively
- Execute hot work tasks (welding cutting brazing) as needed
- Follow and promote strict safety standards including:
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Machine safeguarding
- Fire safety and fall protection
- Support continuous improvement and day-to-day production uptime
What You Bring:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Experience working on automated production lines or press equipment

Important Details:
- Must be willing to work 3rd shift overtime and weekends as needed
- This is a fully onsite role in Washington PA
