Job Summary
Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers in Detroit MI and surrounding areas for a regional dry van position running the Eastern U.S. This opportunity is open to new CDL graduates and trainees looking for consistent miles strong avg weekly pay and structured routes.
Pay & Compensation
- Avg $1200$1400 per week
- Starting pay: $0.55 CPM (011 months experience)
- 1 CPM increase for each additional year of experience (up to $0.65 CPM max)
- Weekly miles: miles
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Driver performance bonus available
Consistent freight consistent avg weekly income
Hiring Area
Must live within 200 miles of Detroit MI (ZIP 48127 area)

Schedule & Home Time
- Home every 2 weeks
- Day & night shifts available
- Weekend work required
- Holiday work as needed
Job Details
- Regional routes along the Eastern Seaboard
- Dry van freight
- Mix of:
- Drop & hook
- Live load
- Live unload
- Preloaded freight
- Loads stay primarily east (minimal far-west travel)
- Consistent freight and steady miles
- 24/7 dispatch support

- Covers Eastern U.S. lanes including:
- Midwest
- Southeast
- Northeast
- Designed to keep drivers closer to home region
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- No experience required (trainees welcome)
- Must be able to stay out for regional routes
- Must be flexible with schedule
