What youll do

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Singapore youll play a critical hands-on role in driving Airwallexs rapid growth. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level corporate roles including Finance Legal Marketing and more across APAC and beyond. Youll partner directly with executives and hiring managers develop and execute creative data-driven sourcing strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced high-growth fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level corporate roles including sourcing screening interview management offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Develop and execute creative data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn market mapping networking direct outreach and AI tools to build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates.

  • Manage high-volume requisitions thriving in a fast-paced high-growth environment while balancing speed with a relentless commitment to quality and cultural alignment.

  • Partner directly with executives and hiring managers to understand business needs define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication timely feedback and expert closing.

  • Use our ATS (Ashby) and recruitment analytics to track key metrics optimize processes and provide actionable insights to hiring teams.

  • Champion Airwallexs employer brand and values in every candidate interaction.

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes tools and systems to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Who you are

Were looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 815 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success hiring corporate professionals (Finance Legal Marketing etc.) in a fast-paced tech or fintech company.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute creative sourcing plans to attract top talent for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Hands-on offer negotiation and candidate closing expertise in a competitive market.

  • Ability to work autonomously influence stakeholders and move fast.

  • Strong work ethic humility and a can-do attitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting across a range of corporate functions and seniority levels preferably in high-growth global organizations.

  • Experience with recruitment analytics AI tools or process improvement projects.

  • Experience mentoring recruiters or driving team-based process improvements.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.

  • Passion for employer branding diversity and inclusion.
