Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to healthcare organizations and clinicians for echocardiograms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to imaging equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical support processes
- Deliver training to end-users on the proper use of imaging technology
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of echocardiography and medical imaging
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support for healthcare imaging
- Experience working with echocardiogram equipment
- Certification in echocardiography or related field
