Job Summary

Job Description: Technical Support Specialist at Electronic Associates Inc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and guides for users
  • Conduct trainings for employees on new technologies and systems

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or defense industry environment is a plus
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Professional are desirable

Salary & Benefits:
