Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and guides for users
- Conduct trainings for employees on new technologies and systems
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role
- Experience working in a manufacturing or defense industry environment is a plus
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Professional are desirable
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $95000 - $124000 annually
