The QLD/PNG Business Unit are currently ramping up for a significant amount of infrastructure work in Brisbane and Regional Queensland. To support these projects they require highly experienced Surveyors.
As a Surveyor you will be accountable for:
Applying principles of surveying to comply with the Scope of Works and Technical Criteria (SWTC)
Quantitative and qualitative risk assessment and development and monitoring of risk controls and actions involved in delivery and implementation of projects.
Data gathering and statistical and trend analysis
Monitoring reviewing reporting and continuous improvement on performance compliance and defects and/or non-conformance.
Communicate risks and their controls with the right people at the right time
Interpreting project related documents and preparing reports and monitoring compliance documentation
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
Degree graduate: minimum 2 years experience
Diploma: minimum 4 years experience
Managed self and team within discipline to deliver work
Applying principles of surveying to comply with the scope of works technical criteria (SWTC)
Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 4 weeks ahead and reporting against cost and time
