The QLD/PNG Business Unit are currently ramping up for a significant amount of infrastructure work in Brisbane and Regional Queensland. To support these projects they require highly experienced Surveyors.
As a Surveyor you will be accountable for:
- Applying principles of surveying to comply with the Scope of Works and Technical Criteria (SWTC)
- Quantitative and qualitative risk assessment and development and monitoring of risk controls and actions involved in delivery and implementation of projects.
- Data gathering and statistical and trend analysis
- Monitoring reviewing reporting and continuous improvement on performance compliance and defects and/or non-conformance.
- Communicate risks and their controls with the right people at the right time
- Interpreting project related documents and preparing reports and monitoring compliance documentation
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Degree graduate: minimum 2 years experience
- Diploma: minimum 4 years experience
- Managed self and team within discipline to deliver work
- Applying principles of surveying to comply with the scope of works technical criteria (SWTC)
- Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 4 weeks ahead and reporting against cost and time
