Our Singapore Service team is always on the lookout for talents and help you reach your best potential! We are seeking for a skilled and dynamic Service Coordinator to join our team!

JOB THAT MATTER: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Specialist you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team. Dynamic work environment requires a good coordinator and administrive skills to enchance operaitonal efficiency. This will directly contribute to the success of our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide shared support to Sales & Operations team
  • Handle customers enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations invoices pick list reports and other documentations.
  • Effectively schedule on customer work orders until closure for Service engineers ensuring smooth field support operations to meet delivery KPI.
  • Monitor and follow up customer payments including outstanding collection if any.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS & QULIFICATION

  • Ability to excel in a dynamic setting with organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
  • Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel

Qualification:

  • NITEC/Diploma in business adminstrationor equivalent
  • Previous experience in an admin or coordination role is a plus.
  • Candidate without prior relevant working experience is welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
