En GSK Aranda buscamos un/a Electromecánico/a de Instalaciones Generales para garantizar la máxima disponibilidad fiabilidad y seguridad de las instalaciones que soportan la producción. Qué harás (responsabilidades clave)

• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los servicios generales de fábrica y de los sistemas del almacén automático asegurando la disponibilidad y fiabilidad de las instalaciones.
• Identificar diagnosticar y reparar averías en equipos e instalaciones actuando como primera línea de respuesta y anticipándose a posibles fallos recurrentes.
• Operar los equipos e instalaciones en modo automático remoto y manual en los equipos de instalaciones almacén y depuradora.
• Trabajar con un alto grado de autonomía iniciativa y planificación organizando y priorizando las actividades de mantenimiento en función del impacto en la seguridad la calidad y los procesos productivos.
• Ejecutar y registrar correctamente las intervenciones en el sistema de mantenimiento asegurando la trazabilidad técnica de los trabajos realizados y el uso adecuado de repuestos.
• Manejar y supervisar los diferentes sistemas de control y monitorización (BMS) utilizados en el área de instalaciones interpretando alarmas tendencias y estados operativos para una gestión eficaz de las instalaciones.
• Conocer y aplicar en todas las intervenciones la normativa de Calidad Seguridad y Medio Ambiente correspondiente en todas las actividades de mantenimiento. Uso de herramientas y metodología GPS.
• Proponer y ejecutar mejoras técnicas sencillas en equipos e instalaciones orientadas a aumentar la fiabilidad la eficiencia energética y la seguridad de los sistemas.

Perfil requerido (imprescindible)

• Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Electromecánica Mecatrónica o similar.
• Experiencia previa en industria farmacéutica o entornos regulados.
• Conocimiento y experiencia en el módulo PM de SAP.
• Inglés mínimo B2 (oral y escrito).
• Conocimientos en mantenimiento industrial instrumentación y automatización.
• Capacidad analítica proactividad autonomía y buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

• Familiaridad con GPS/Lean y metodologías de mejora continua.
• Conocimientos en automatización y prácticas de eficiencia energética.
