Job Summary

1. Creative & Design Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the overall visual style and creative direction for all digital marketing projects.
Create eye-catching graphics illustrations and images for various social media platforms.
Perform advanced photo editing and retouching for websites campaigns and digital assets.
Ensure all creative outputs meet the brands quality standards and support campaign objectives.
Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative assets and platforms.
Stay updated with design trends digital storytelling techniques and emerging creative tools.

2. Leadership & Team Management

Lead mentor and support a team of graphic designers.
Review and approve creative work providing constructive feedback when needed.
Manage workflow timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs.
Oversee and manage the team responsible for producing and editing compelling social media videos including motion graphics and visual effects.

3. Collaboration & Campaign Development

Work closely with the content marketing and strategy teams to translate ideas into strong visual concepts.
Contribute to ideation planning and development of innovative digital marketing campaigns.
Implement feedback revisions and performance insights to optimize creative quality

Requirements

Proven experience in social media design and branding including logo design company profiles and visual identity development.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and professional video editing tools.
Hands-on experience in motion graphics and UI/UX design with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills self-motivated and results-oriented.
