AsSpace Data and Insights Lead you will sit at the intersection of data analytics and workplace design helping clients understand how their space is used today and how it should evolve tomorrow. This role combines analytical rigor with visual and spatial understanding translating occupancy headcount and floor plan data into clear actionable insights. Working closely with Portfolio Performance and Strategy stakeholders youll support strategic decisions around space utilization workplace planning and cost transparency. Its an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about corporate real estate space planning and data-driven storytelling within a global client-facing environment.

What Youll Do

• Own the accuracy and integrity of space occupancy and headcount data across CAFM systems (WebCoRE or similar).
• Analyze and pivot large datasets to support client requests including financial recharges portfolio reporting and strategic insights.
• Translate raw data into compelling visual stories using charts dashboards and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain and interpret office floor plans ensuring alignment with space planning standards sharing ratios and hybrid working models.
• Support space planning activities such as moves restacks new building uploads and decommissioning of vacated sites.
• Track utilization trends and vacancy rates identifying opportunities to optimize space efficiency across the portfolio.
• Contribute to quarterly portfolio performance analytics and ongoing KPI reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal JLL teams and client representatives through working groups innovation forums and governance meetings.

What Were Looking For

• Strong capability in space data analysis occupancy analytics and workplace or space planning environments.
• Hands-on experience with WebCoRE or similar CAFM platforms and confidence working with complex datasets.
• AutoCAD proficiency with strong floor plan literacy and the ability to connect drawings with data insights.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of corporate real estate workplace trends hybrid working models and space allocation principles.
• A data storytelling mindsetable to turn complex information into clear engaging and actionable insights.
• Highly detail-oriented organized and comfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven settings.
• Collaborative communicator with a proactive problem-solving approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
