What is expected in this role:
- Manage customer claims and returns for professionals and private customers in the automotive industry;
- Helping fulfill orders for customers;
- Ensure the customer satisfaction and follow up all steps and timings of orders;
- Provide information on logistical issues.
What are we looking for (knowledge skills and abilities):
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Planning and organization skills;
- Written and phone communication skills;
- Domain of computer tools;
- Higher education and experience in similar roles are valued.
