Tasks
- Assist the founders in daily operational tasks and strategic planning to drive the companys growth and success.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges within the staffing and recruiting industry focusing on Gen Z talent and go-to-market teams.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at attracting both candidates and companies leveraging social media and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall candidate and client experience.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions providing insights and recommendations from a Gen Z perspective to align company strategies with target demographics.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in German (C2) with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Marketing Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in staffing recruiting or go-to-market strategies particularly involving Gen Z talent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
