We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Lawyer with strong conveyancing experience to join our clients legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions from instruction through to registration ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless client experience. This role requires strong technical expertise in property law excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently within set timelines.

Responsibilities:
Conveyancing & Property Transactions
- Draft review and register deeds of transfer bonds and related conveyancing documentation.
- Manage the full property transfer process from initial instruction through to lodgment and registration.
- Conduct due diligence including title searches and regulatory checks.
- Liaise with clients financial institutions estate agents local authorities and the Deeds Office.
- Prepare and review agreements of sale and related property contracts.
- Attend to subdivision consolidation and sectional title registrations where applicable.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws regulatory frameworks and conveyancing procedures.
- Manage statutory payments including rates clearances and capital gains tax where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records.
- Identify and mitigate legal and procedural risks within transactions.
Client Relationship Management
- Provide legal advice on property-related matters.
- Deliver timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development initiatives.
Administrative & Operational
- Track transaction timelines to ensure efficient turnaround.
- Coordinate with support staff to ensure accurate document preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
- Admitted Legal Practitioner.
- Registered Conveyancer (advantageous depending on jurisdiction).
