Professional Experience
Product Management Experience
Must have direct hands-on Product Manager (PM) experience
Candidates who transitioned from Software Engineering to Product Management are acceptable
Startup experience is preferred especially in roles with broad responsibility or founder-level exposure
Current/Recent Roles
Product Manager or Startup Founder ideally with end-to-end product ownership
Domain Expertise
Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction in ambiguous environments
Experience building or scaling products in enterprise software or other complex technical domains (Fintech experience is not mandatory)
Proven track record of delivering products in technically challenging spaces
Soft Skills & Leadership
Ability to engage deeply with technical topics and stakeholders
Strong communication skills: well-spoken confident and able to represent the company in enterprise client-facing situations
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity for teams and stakeholders
