Nox Metals is a technology company in Detroit supplying aluminum plate bar and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
We need a Chief of Staff who operates as a force multiplier for the entire company.
You will:
Own projects across operations finance hiring and strategy
Build dashboards automations and internal tools using AI and vibe coding
Take things off peoples plates before they ask
Talk to customers and make sure their experience is perfect
Manage priorities and keep things moving when ten things are happening at once
Prepare materials for investors partners and customers
Bring ideas from your background that nobody on the team has thought of yet
You should be:
Cracked with AI tools. You use them for everything and you are 10x more efficient because of it
Capable of vibe coding your way to a working solution
High agency. You handle big items alone and ask for help when needed
Obsessed with customers and how they experience the company
Organized enough to run five workstreams without dropping one
Fast. Not eventually fast. Now fast
Low ego. You do the unglamorous work because it needs to get done
Always suggesting something new. You do not just execute you improve
Sharp with numbers and not afraid to dig into data
Not afraid to work outside normal hours
Never says thats not my job
