Billing Officer – Bangkok
Job Summary

We are seeking a billing officer to support our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process complex high-volume invoices including electronic billing and system upload.
- Work with partners and associates to review pre-bills and to edit and finalize invoices.
- Translate and proofread documents from Thai into English.
- Generate account statements on a timely basis to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
- Ensure billing adheres to client guidelines procedures firm policies and mandated formats.
- Review weekly work-in-progress reports in order to follow up on pending invoices to be issued or notified of non-chargeable costs. Ensure all chargeable costs have been invoiced.
- Monitor payment statuses and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate between departments.
- Assist with monthly/yearly financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors partners and lawyers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in accounting finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Experience in 3E is an advantage.
- Minimum two years of experience in billing accounting or as a junior accountant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and English.
- Ability to handle a high volume of deadline-intensive work.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and use new research materials and practice tools.
