Job Summary
In this role youll take the reins of the Christchurch branch leading operations people and performance to deliver exceptional results for Timpacks customers and team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all branch operations with a focus on profitability efficiency and quality
- Building and maintaining key customer relationships while growing market share
- Driving production efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading coaching and developing a team of 15
- Owning budgets reporting and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with health safety and environmental standards
- Creating a positive high-performing team culture
