Overview
Leads marketing catering sales digital guest engagement and community presence to drive
sustainable sales growth across all channels. Establishes and executes annual/quarterly/monthly
marketing plans and partners closely with the Directors of Operations to ensure promotions
sampling training support and in-restaurant initiatives are operationally executable. Provides
proactive monitoring and reporting on sales performance and sales drivers.
Key Outcomes
Sales Goal Tracking: Monthly and annual sales goals are set collaboratively with the
Owner/Operator and Directors of Operations and are tracked consistently across channels
Proactive Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Sales performance is monitored and reported
proactively on a consistent cadence; trends drivers and gaps are clearly communicated
with recommended actions (not just data)
Operationally Executable Marketing: Marketing plans promotions and initiatives are
coordinated with Directors of Operations early enough to be executed well in restaurant;
promotions do not create avoidable operational strain or confusion
In-Restaurant Promotion Effectiveness: In-restaurant time to ensure campaign
execution (sampling product promotion initiative reinforcement) to ensure Team
Member awareness and guest engagement over time
Sales Channel Growth: Identify and prioritize sales channels growth opportunities.
Brand Presence & Guest Engagement: In restaurant in community and digital
activities strengthen brand perception and support business goals
Budget Stewardship: Marketing expenses are planned tracked and managed to budget
with clear ROI rationale where feasible
