All about the role:
The Sr. S&OE Supply Planner Analyst is a highimpact highvisibility role that directly shapes how we deliver service across our factory operations and RDC network. This position plays a critical part in influencing business outcomes by driving the rigor analytics and alignment needed to keep near to midterm demand supply and inventory in sync.
You will help advance the S&OE process by bringing forward realtime insight that strengthens production efficiency reduces waste and keeps the organization prepared to meet service requirements with confidence.

This position will be based in HQ office Charlotte NC. This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
What youll do:
Monitor nearterm demand inventory mix and supply signals across factories and RDCs to ensure we are positioned to deliver strong service.
Convert demand and operational inputs into clear actionable short to midterm supply plans.
Identify risks early evaluate mitigation scenarios and recommend actions that support service inventory health and production efficiency.
Provide concise datadriven insight to Commercial Operations and Leadership teams on conditions risks opportunities and required actions
Contribute to the weekly S&OE cadence with crisp analysis and wellframed insights that guide decisionmaking.
Partner closely with Sales Operations Manufacturing Deployment IBP and Logistics to ensure coordinated execution.
Support and monitor adherence to sales allocation decisions and escalate deviations when needed.
Lead the planning and execution of PhaseIn/PhaseOut transitions to minimize disruption and maintain accuracy across the network.
Lead the development and refinement of dashboards KPIs and reporting tools that strengthen visibility and actionability across S&OE.
Transform complex datasets into insights that highlight performance trends and inform timely decisions.
Serve as the teams analytics expert helping stakeholders interpret data and understand the drivers behind changing conditions.
Drive targeted improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy responsiveness and overall planning discipline.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related analytical or business field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning ideally within S&OE S&OP Network or Production Planning focus.
Experience with forecasting or advanced planning systems; SAP/IBP strongly preferred.
Microsoft Office Proficiency.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional partners and leadership.
