The Maintenance Director / Coordinator is responsible for planning organizing developing and directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Three years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance and/or plan related position
  • Knowledgeable of boilers compressors generators various mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
  • Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
