The Maintenance Director / Coordinator is responsible for planning organizing developing and directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Three years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance and/or plan related position
Knowledgeable of boilers compressors generators various mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
