Life Enrichment Associate -Kroontje Healthcare Center
The purpose of this position is to assist indeveloping and implementing activities on a regularly scheduled basis incompliance with requirements to meet residents needs. Responsible to perform duties as assigned bythe Director of Life Enrichment to facilitate the programs in place.
Requirements:
- Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.
- At least one year of experience in life enrichment.
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
Job duties include:
- Treat residents family visitors and coworkers with respect and dignity
- Plan and implement programs and events.
- Attend all in-services classes as assigned and complete assignments
- Document resident participation and incidents accurately and in a timely manner
- Observe all facility policies and procedures
- Accept assigned job duties in a cooperative manner
Shifts/Hours/Schedules:
- Various days/times for PRN as needed position. Some weekends required.
