Position: Commercial Pilot
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $90$160/hour
Location: US UK or Canada
Duration: 34 weeks
Commitment: 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design questions related to your occupation as a Commercial Pilot for a leading AI company.
Work independently and asynchronously to fit your schedule.
Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training.
Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
Use your professional experience to contribute to AI development.

Qualifications

Must-Have

4 years full-time work experience as a Commercial Pilot.
Be based in the US UK or Canada.
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no chromebooks).

Compensation & Legal

At-will contractor to Mercor.
Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
Industry-standard compensation expectations.
Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
