Position: German Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Commitment: 1020 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in German ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in German and English.
Conduct model testing and grading providing structured feedback to improve performance.
Support benchmarking and quality assurance maintaining consistency and reliability.
Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Strong writing editing and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Native or near-native fluency in German (spoken and written) and professional fluency in English.
Ability to accurately transcribe and analyze German audio content.
Available to commit 1020 hours per week.

Preferred

College students or recent graduates.
Background in linguistics humanities social sciences journalism or technical disciplines.
Prior experience with transcription annotation localization evaluation or research workflows in German.
Familiarity with regional dialects and register distinctions.
Interest in AI language models or applied research environments.
