Assist customers via phone email and chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users step-by-step
Handle inquiries such as malfunctions deliveries and refunds
Support both French and English-speaking customers (UK & Ireland)
Manage cases efficiently using Salesforce

What were looking for :

Fluent French (C1C2)
Good English (B2C1)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
