20 hours per week Position: Office Assistant Company Overview: Fathomrealty is a real estate company located in New Jersey USA. We specialize in providing high-quality real estate services to our clients including buying selling and renting properties. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and helping our clients achieve their real estate goals. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills be able to multitask efficiently and have a strong work ethic. This position will support our office operations and assist our team in providing excellent service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members - Maintain office cleanliness and organization including ordering office supplies - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing scanning and data entry - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members - Assist with marketing efforts including creating flyers and social media posts - Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses - Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports - Assist with preparing and organizing documents for real estate transactions - Provide support to team members as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred - 1-2 years of experience in an office setting - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly - Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to work 20 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours as needed Contract Details: This is a part-time position with a total of 20 hours per week. The schedule will be determined based on the needs of the office and may include some evenings and weekends. This is a contract position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.
