Job Summary
Position Overview
Now hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated lane based out of Sacramento CA. This position offers consistent freight strong weekly averages and frequent home time with a structured schedule.
Drivers will run routes from Sacramento into Southern California with predictable scheduling and steady miles.
Route & Freight Details
- Regional runs throughout California
- Primary lanes: Sacramento to Southern CA and surrounding areas
- Average miles per week
- Mix of:
- Preloaded freight
- Drop & hook
- Live unload
- Unload assist (limited locations)
- Only 2 stores require driver unload
- Consistent dedicated freight with strong support staff
Schedule
- Home every other day
- 34-hour resets at home
- Day and night driving required
- Weekends required
- All holidays required
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1200$1600
Mileage Pay (based on experience):
- Approx. $0.50$0.65 CPM range (varies by experience tier)
Additional Pay:
- Stop Pay: $15 per stop
- Unload Pay: $15 per unload assist
Equipment & Work Setup
- Preloaded trailers available
- Dedicated account with 24/7 support staff
- Consistent freight and scheduling
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of tractor-trailer experience required
- Must live within 50 miles of Sacramento CA (95833)
- Must be able to work day/night shifts weekends and holidays
Important Notes
- This is a first seat (experienced driver) position only
- No trainees or entry-level drivers
- Limited driver unload required (only at select locations)
