The Executive Assistant provideshigh leveladministrative organizational and coordination support to the President & CEO and members of the Steering Committee as. This role is critical in enabling effective leadership operations by ensuring seamless scheduling meeting coordination travel management and communication flow.
The incumbent is expected to exercise sound judgment discretion and professionalism while managing complex priorities in afast pacedexecutive environment. The role requires strong attention to detail proactiveproblem solving and the ability toanticipateneeds to support the efficient execution of executive responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars schedules meetings and appointments ensuringoptimaluse of time and alignment with business priorities.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders prioritizing and responding to requests related to meetings presentations projects and executive initiatives.
Prepare edit and distribute professional correspondence including memos bulletins presentations and reports ensuring accuracy clarity and confidentiality.
Coordinate all aspects of executive travel including bookings itineraries andtimelyadjustments ensuring smooth andwell organizedtravel experiences.
Provide responsive support for executive travel and scheduling needs demonstrating flexibility duringtime sensitiveor critical periods which may occasionally extend beyond standard business hours.
Screen review and appropriately direct incoming mail correspondence and inquiries exercising discretion and judgment.
Answer and screen phone calls responding whereappropriateand escalating matters as.
Schedule and coordinate appointments andlogisticsfor Japanese executives related to local business matters as needed.
Provides event planning and logistical support for Sales & Marketing initiatives across Honda and Acura brands.
Act as a backup administrative resource for the Sales & Marketing department Assistant ensuring continuity of support when.
Support special projects ad hoc assignments andcross functionalinitiatives as directed by the President & CEO or Steering Committee.
QUALIFICATIONS
58 years of progressive administrative or executive assistant experience in a professional office environment preferably supporting senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint; ability to prepareexecutive levelmaterials and reports.
Experience working with statistical or numerical data in support of reporting and presentations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build andmaintaincollaborative relationships with internal teams executives and external partners.
Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional and polished communication style.
Exceptional organizational planning multitasking andproblem solvingabilities in a dynamicfast pacedenvironment.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
High levelof integrity discretion and professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and tact.
Trilingual capability (English French and Japanese) is considered a strong asset.

HIRING PRACTICES
The salary range for this position is $64003.00 $76004.00 CAD annually. Individual salaries within this range aredeterminedby a variety of job-related factors including education experience knowledge and skill set.
This is an on-site with occasional work-from-home position that requires employees to work on-site four days per week with the opportunity towork-from-home one day per week(with a dedicated workspace at the assigned company office).
