AWS Kubernetes Engineer (Multi-Cloud Experience Preferred)
- Design implement and manage Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Architect and manage core AWS infrastructure including Compute networking and databases
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Monitor system performance reliability and cost optimization across cloud platforms
- Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Ensure security best practices across clusters networking and IAM configurations
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability
- Support multi-cloud strategies involving Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE)
- Maintain documentation and best practices for cloud-native deployments
- 3 years of experience working with Kubernetes in production environments
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including:
- Compute: EC2 Auto Scaling Load Balancers
- Containers: EKS ECS (nice to have)
- Databases: RDS MySQL
- Networking: VPC Subnets Route Tables Security Groups
- Identity & Security: IAM roles policies and best practices
- Monitoring: CloudWatch CloudTrailStorage: S3 EBS
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
- Experience with Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions Jenkins GitLab CI etc.)
- Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and collaboration skills
