TheGROPYUSDesign Team a group of multidisciplinary designers(brand product industrial)contributes to our mission by creatingcutting-edge innovative and intuitive solutions for our internal and external productsset in a variety of domains.

What to expect:

  • Shape and evolveour brand identity by developing visual systems guidelines and toolkits that ensure consistency and impact across digital print product and experiential touchpoints.
  • Push the boundaries of our Craft- infuse creativity into our brand and all its various expressionswhere possiblewhile balancing theneeds ofthe Brand todaytocreateMarketing materials
  • Bring the brand to lifeholistically -throughbroad experience inmotion design video and animation crafting engaging stories for marketing product explainers social media and internal communications.
  • Leadend-to-enddesign projects frombriefing toconceptdevelopmentto final execution spanningevents presentations web social video and internal communications.
  • Translate strategy and insights into design solutions bringing clarity and creativity to ambiguous or complex briefsandmaintainingan inclusive iterative design process.
  • Clearly articulate design decisionsthrough compelling presentations and detailed documentationeffectively introducingsolutions to peers and executive-level stakeholders
  • Balance strategic and executional workthinking beyond the immediate request to its wider impact on the brand and business knowing when to go deep and when to move quickly without compromising overall quality and intent.
  • Manage multiple stakeholdersarticulatingdesign decisions with strongrationaleandpresentingwork to peers and executives with confidence.
  • Collaborate across departments(Marketing and Communications Product Management Product Research Sales Sustainability People Leadership) to ensure brand is cohesive and streamline the design and development process
  • Mentor and uplift teammates sharing feedback and settinghigh standardsfor craft creativity and collaboration.

What you bring:

  • Education:degree in Design Communications Marketing or similar field
  • Work experience:Minimum 6 years of creating outstanding brand marketing and communication materials across digital and print; experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
  • Mastery with designand collaborationtools:Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop IllustratorInDesign(pro)AfterEffects(or similar) Premiere (or similar) (fluent)FigmaMiro.
  • AI curiosity & adaptability:You keep a close eye on how AI is reshaping design and are open to exploring how emerging tools can elevate brand work. No specific fluency genuine curiosity and a willingness to experiment is.
  • Strategic brand thinking:Solid understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling visual narratives and communication touchpoints.
  • Human- and planet-centered design principles:Demonstratedability to create design solutions that consider inclusivity accessibility and sustainability as well asnative experience in Design Thinking processes.
  • Visual identityexpertise:Strong background in buildingevolvingandmaintainingbrand systems fromcomponents likelogostypographyand layoutto comprehensive guidelinesincluding photography and illustration style.
  • Prototyping & concepting:Capable of quickly iterating ideas and producing mockups storyboards and assets that bringtheconcept to life.
  • Collaboration skills:Proven ability to partner effectively with marketingandcommunicationsproduct management product research sustainabilityleadership and external agencies to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Storytelling & influence: A compelling communicator who can craft and narrate the story behind design work engaging stakeholders while grounding ideas in data insights and logical reasoning.
  • Language:Excellent communication and presentation skills inEnglish;German language skillsminimum B1preference toB2
  • Portfolio:A quality portfolioshowcasingoriginaland recentwork including brand identityand othercommunicationsand graphic designprojects
