About the Role:

The Head of Product Data and AI will lead our dedicated product team to shape and deliver GROPYUSs data and AI capabilities creating intelligent solutionsfor the data product portfolio in which we capture structure and expose all data across our value chain. Leveraging yourexpertisein product management data strategy and applied AI you will develop iterate and launch data-driven products that are essential to realizing our mission of smart and sustainable living.

What youll be doing:

Define the product vision and roadmap for Data and AI in alignment with GROPYUSs mission and overall business strategyfocusing on the different relevant customer groups internally.
Own the product roadmap and drive the overall product lifecycle. Monitor and steer the roadmap execution for valueaddinthe company.
Own the product lifecycle for data and AI products from concept and scope through to designimplementation and launch.
Work closely withcross-functionalteams to buildor support the creation ofdata platforms analytics solutions and AI-powered features that improve user experience and drive business value.
Championa data-driven culture working with product KPIs to ensure product effectiveness experience and impact. Enable such work for other teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders(Governance Risk and Compliance InformationSecurityand others)to ensure ethical secure and scalable use of data and AI across all GROPYUS products.
Manage a high-performing product team ensuring transparent processes clear communication and continuous professional development.

What you bring:

Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science Data Science Engineering ora relatedfield. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of product management experience with significant focus on data platformsor AI-driven products.
Strong understanding of data architectures cloud ecosystems and modern machine learning frameworks.
Familiarity with sustainability applications and green building technologies is a plus.
Proventrack recordof leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful data or AI-powered products.
Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
