You want to shape Finance processes endtoend contribute to digital transformation and work handson with Workday Financials Then this might be exactly your next role.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You work at the intersection of Finance and Transformation and actively drive the development of our finance processes and the Workday ERP system.
You support endtoend processes from requirements gathering and conceptual design to testing and close collaboration with business teams you take responsibility for the global Chart of Accounts.
You ensure that all accountingrelated matters are represented correctly auditproof and aligned with current standards especially HGB; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
You take functional and system responsibility for selected core processes (e.g. ProcurementtoPay) and translate complex business needs into structured and scalable system solutions.
You act as a Key User taking ownership of testing quality assurance and release coordination while providing 1st and 2ndlevel support within the Finance team.
You actively contribute to monthly and annual closing activities as part of the Finance team.
You drive the implementation of group consolidation within Workday and support operational consolidation tasks.
WHAT YOU BRING
You have a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance Accounting or a comparable field.
You bring several years of experience in Finance for example in Accounting Controlling or Group Accounting and you are familiar with monthly and annual closing activities.
You know the current accounting standards especially HGB; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
You have experience with ERP systems ideally Workday Financials including configuration testing and process design.
You understand processes and systems deeply and you translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions.
You work in a structured qualityoriented and independent way with a strong sense of accuracy and reliability.
You communicate confidently and manage stakeholders effectively within international environments.
You have business proficiency in German and English.
