Job Summary
Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranchis excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity ofPool Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Compensation: $16 / Hour Gratuities
Schedule: Part time Wednesday Thursday and Friday 2-6 P.M. & Sunday 12-5 P.M.
- Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
- Maintains understanding of operating procedures for pool.
- Completes checklist for opening closing and daily procedures.
- Takes direction from Pool Supervisor.
- Assists in the implementation of special events.
- Provides safe environment within facilities and activities.
- Processes recreation reservations as needed.
- Setting up furniture and pool umbrellas.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Checking in Members to the pool area and general cleaning duties.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Possess a high level of energy initiative enthusiasm cooperation and exercise good judgment and discretion.
- Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift to 50 lbs. up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 20 lbs. constantly.
- Perform activities such as bending kneeling crouching reaching standing lifting and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. Works indoors and outdoors.
Minimum Qualifications for the Pool Attendant:
- No prior experience or training
Other Qualifications:
- CPR and First Aid Certification
