As a Security Officer Driver Service Road Patrol in Cleveland OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors staff and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and public areas observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior and document security-related activities incidents and/or maintenance concerns.
• Support daily operations by assisting with directional information maintaining a visible presence and following post orders and local procedures for government facilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
