Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a special interest in intellectual property artificial intelligence digital regulation and technology law to support our team in Vienna.
Your Tasks
You will work closely with colleagues from all over the world and be part of a truly cross-border group of law and tech enthusiasts shaping novel IP digital regulatory and tech issues (contentious and advisory):
- Everything on artificial intelligence from copyright issues to governance and compliance advice
- Trademark design competition and copyright law as well as the protection of trade secrets
- Advice in relation to new European digital data and platform regulation
- Commercial law advice in the context of digitalization new media the internet of things and Industry 4.0 including licensing and R&D driven projects
- Transaction-driven IP law
- Consumer protection law in the digital environment
Your Profile
You have completed your legal studies with outstanding results have excellent English and German skills are an entrepreneurial thinker curious about new technologies and value legal creativity. It is also great if you have experience abroad and previous knowledge in this area such as by way of an LL.M. a dissertation internships or other practical experience.

Note: according to 9 GlBG: There is no collective agreement or legal minimum salary. The intended minimum basis for the salary arrangement (with the possibility of additional payment) is an annual salary (gross all-in 14 instalments) in the amount of 61000 EUR.
