Were a company that runs lean works hard and looks after the people who make our projects happen. We have an immediate opening for an Intermediate HDD Driller ready to take on greater responsibility.
Your Role
Youve got seat time now its time to put it to work. As an Intermediate Driller youll operate Ditch Witch HDD equipment semi-independently on telecom bores coordinate actively with your locator and contribute to a crew culture built on precision and safety. Responsibilities
- Operate Ditch Witch HDD drill rigs on underground telecom bores
- Work in close coordination with the SubSite locating team throughout each bore
- Perform pre-shift inspections fluid checks and equipment readiness reviews
- Handle drill string assembly tooling changes and basic field repairs
- Maintain bore logs and contribute to daily field reporting
- Support less experienced crew members with equipment handling and site procedures
What We Require
- Current valid certifications all must be confirmed before your first shift
- Demonstrated experience operating Ditch Witch HDD drills
- Working knowledge of SubSite locate systems and drill-to-locate communication
- Comfortable making operational calls with moderate supervision
- Valid Class 5 drivers license; Class 3 an asset

SAFETY CERTIFICATES REQUIRED
- Ground Disturbance Level 2 / Supervisory training (required)
- CSTS 2020 training (required)
- Valid drivers license clean abstract
