- Perform daily gift entry for all contributions
- Track pledges and payments
- Maintain documentation to support audit readiness
- Generate tax-compliant receipts and acknowledgment letters
- Reconcile with accounting
- Maintain accurate donor and constituent records within the CRM
- Update contact information coding and campaign designations
- Ensure adherence to internal data standards campaign tracking pledge tracking etc.
- Support post-event reconciliation and reporting
- Pull mailing lists and donor segments for campaigns and events
- Prepare revenue and donor reports
- Support dashboard updates with accurate data entry
- Maintain complete and accurate volunteer records in database
- Track volunteer hours assignments and engagement history
- Ensure proper coding of volunteer roles and participation
- Generate monthly volunteer activity reports
- Record and acknowledge in-kind gifts in accordance with internal policies
- Maintain records of donated inventory within the distribution center
- Track incoming and distributed items
- Reconcile inventory reports with in-kind donation records
- Produce monthly inventory and in-kind contribution reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
