Position:Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient (License required)
Location: 13951 W. Grand Ave Unit 201. Surprise AZ 85374
Incentives: $5000 Bonus and $200/mth Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday (3 days until 6 pm)
Compensation: Hourly starting at $26.00/hour and up commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

We focus on personalized treatments that restore function and help patients get back to the activities they lovewhether its sports work or everyday life.
This is a busy mostly orthopedic clinic that sees a range of patients and diagnoses. We have a strong team with diverse range of experience and treatment styles. We currently have four physical therapists and an occupational/hand therapist (CHT) on staff. We are looking at add a licensed PTA to our team! New Grads Welcome to Apply!

Responsibilities
- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement with minimal supervision high quality physical therapy services for patients caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
