As an Assistant Marketing Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing customer experiences.
What Youll Be Doing
In this dynamic role within our Marketing team you will:
Take ownership of co-brand activities across various business categories focusing on health and wellness.
Collaborate with our healthcare marketing squad and key stakeholders to respond to briefs aligned with business objectives.
Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to identify new opportunities.
Assign KPIs and optimise customer journeys based on results.
Work closely with the wider Customer Marketing team to enhance the overall customer experience.
What Youll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)
To thrive in this role you should possess:
1-2 years of marketing experience particularly in CRM and email marketing.
A creative mindset with a customer-first and analytical approach.
Excellent relationship-building organisational and communication skills.
Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various tasks.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
Experience in health and wellness marketing.
Familiarity with data analysis and customer insights.
