Job Summary

A Infosys Brasil está procurando profissionais com perfil de Service Desk para se juntar à nossa equipe.

Atividades:

  • Suporte em procedimentos na microinformática N1 (Service Desk) implementando e aprimorando processos que garantam as entregas;
  • Resolver ativamente dúvidas dos clientes garantindo que os SLAs sejam atendidos;
  • Realizar suporte de primeira linha 24 horas por dia aos usuários;
  • Garantir a documentação adequada da interação na conta do cliente;
  • Executar transações conforme diretrizes e prazos estabelecidos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência em Suporte de TI (hardware e software);
  • Experiência com acesso e suporte remoto;
  • Experiência com Pacote Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc);
  • Conhecimento em Windows;
  • Conhecimentos em Segurança da Informação.
