Job Summary
A Infosys Brasil está procurando profissionais com perfil de Service Desk para se juntar à nossa equipe.
Atividades:
- Suporte em procedimentos na microinformática N1 (Service Desk) implementando e aprimorando processos que garantam as entregas;
- Resolver ativamente dúvidas dos clientes garantindo que os SLAs sejam atendidos;
- Realizar suporte de primeira linha 24 horas por dia aos usuários;
- Garantir a documentação adequada da interação na conta do cliente;
- Executar transações conforme diretrizes e prazos estabelecidos.
Requisitos:
- Experiência em Suporte de TI (hardware e software);
- Experiência com acesso e suporte remoto;
- Experiência com Pacote Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc);
- Conhecimento em Windows;
- Conhecimentos em Segurança da Informação.
