As a Logistics Intern you will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality sports surface solutions while upholding Tarkett Sports core values of innovation sustainability and integrity.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Intern will gain hands-on experience working closely with our logistics and accounting teams. This internship follows a hybrid work schedule with two days per week in the office and three days remote providing flexibility as you support various supply chain activities.

What Youll Do:

Process Freight POs in Syspro for turf shipments.
Enter adjust and update shipment data in freight sheets.
Assist with Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and supplier invoice reconciliation.
Coordinate with Accounting and Logistics to resolve carrier invoice discrepancies and PO adjustments.
Provide administrative support including pickup coordination shipment tracing and status updates.
Request freight quotes for upcoming project bids.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage data and communications.
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
