Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision managing the product backlog and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Gather analyze and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to drive product development.
• Create maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure a clear set of tasks for the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including customers business leaders and development teams to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning backlog grooming sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Evaluate product progress through data analysis and user feedback to inform iterations and improvements.
• Make decisions on trade-offs between scope quality and delivery timelines to maximize product value.
• Foster a user-centered approach ensuring the product delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile or Scrum environment; preference for experience within PwC.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.).
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable user stories.
• Technical awareness to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with product management tools like Aha! Jira Confluence Trello or similar.
• Knowledge of the industry or domain related to the product.
• Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
