Role Description
The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift. This role involves operating machinery inspecting products for quality maintaining a clean workspace and following all safety procedures. The position requires teamwork and attention to detail to ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met. The schedule is 3:15 PM to 11:15 PM.
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3:15 PM 11:15 PM)
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
