Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Maryville location!

As the Warehouse Associate you are responsible for the warehouse processes that relate to store replenishment store-to-store transfer and discrepancy resolution inventory maintenance shipment processing and other general duties. These processes directly impact the companys sales and profitability.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize in accordance with the challenges of a rapidly changing retail environment
• Self-motivated as well as working in a team environment
• Highly effective written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel and Power Point)
• Forklift Experience helpful
• Able to perform frequent bending squatting pushing pulling and lifting up to 75 lbs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for fulfilling product requests from store replenishment
• Ensures product is clearly identified and ready for display
• Assists with Store-to-Store transfer process
• Provides analysis and research into inventory discrepancies in both the Maryville and the other dealership stores
• Offer resolutions to quantity and process related issues
• Monitors stock levels of product lines carried at SMH-D
• Informs appropriate buyer of issues pertaining to low stock levels or product specific issues
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively utilize systems (i.e. Talon) and preparation of reporting
• Performs Cycle and Physical Inventory Counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Assists with in-bound shipment processing
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
