The Global Process Delivery Professional II role is responsible for executing core HR work fundamental to the Global Process Delivery function including monitoring tasks and tickets in Workday and addition the GPD Professional II role is a deep employee lifecycle data expert and understands up and downstream system impacts and data dependencies. The EMEA GPD team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete. This includes but is not limited to new hires onboarding Right to Work enforcement employee contracts leaves of absences employee changes organization transformations manager changes employee data completeness as legally required and needed for all downstream systems including payroll mobility immigration and benefits. This includes monitoring their EMEA GPD ServiceNow queue and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are being met. The near-term focus of this professional will be on Benefits & Compensation programs for France
This role is part of the Nike People Solutions and Global Process Delivery teams and is required to work collaboratively across other HR teams groups and functions to ensure smooth delivery of HR procedures and policies. This includes working across other teams in the Hire-to Retire process such as: Tier 1 Tier 3 Payroll Advisory People Solutions Consultants Business HR and others. This role also requires country expertise in unique legal requirements and builds processes to ensure local compliance with all laws and regulations.
Other responsibilities include:
- Covers end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and data integrity across HR systems compliance and downstream processes (i.e. mass uploads Right to Work enforcement employee changes etc.). Executes core HR transactions across the employee lifecycle including data updates payroll inputs onboarding contracts benefits and compensation changes.
- Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of employee data in HR and vendor systems. Conducts regular audits and resolves data errors promptly to support downstream processes (payroll benefits mobility etc.).
- Support employees queries by applying functional knowledge of programs and relevant experience and using an empathetic customer-service mindset.
- Build Global Process Delivery expertise and expand knowledge across countries and functional areas such as benefits compensation leave mobility compliance core data and regional support.
- Monitor effectiveness of existing programs guidelines and processes; provide operational trend analysis and recommendations for solutions while maintain process documentation/work instructions
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policies across theregion.
- Perform complex Leave data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accuracy in HR Systems (Workday PrimeTime etc).
- Executing routine core HR work including personal data changes one-time payments external payroll inputs reassigning tasks termination process administering LOAs employee contracts and contract extensions onboarding new hires compensation changes.
- Handle situations that require complex research auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable areas to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Interprets customer needs assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests involving all necessary stakeholders.
- Deliver service excellence to employees and HR stakeholders by responding in a professional accurate and timely manner to all (ServiceNow) issues concerning Leave programs.
- Looks for process and system improvements to improve efficiency and automation.
- Solves problems on their own and brings well-thought-out solutions to the team.
- Works on and potentially leads team projects as needed to support events such as Year End Org Transformations store openings/closings statutory leave changes etc
- Develop document and implement operational processes and controls to drive efficiency an accurate knowledge base and compliance.
Skillset Requirements
- French language (advance C2 Level)
- Strong Workday/SNOW and systems skills and ability to learn and follow detailed work instructions on complex processes in support of the employee lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills with collaborating People Solutions including business facing roles.
- Ability to identify process and system improvements.
- Embodies Leadership Defined behaviours and promotes teamwork recognition feedback and transparency.
