Low-Slope Industrial Roofing

Position Overview

TheLow SlopeIndustrial Roofing Lead oversees daily roofing operations on commercial and industrial projects involving flat orlow slopesystems (TPOandPVC)This role includes supervising crews ensuring installation qualitymaintainingsite safety coordinating materials and serving as the primary point of contact for project managers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Train new team members on installation techniques safety procedures and tool usage.

Communicateproject progress issues and needs with supervisors or project managers.

Roofing Installation & Technical Work

Install and oversee installation oflowsloperoofing systems including:

Ensureall flashings penetrations drains seams and terminations are installed tospec.

Conduct inspections to verify work quality andidentifydeficiencies.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on all job sites.

Maintain clean job sites free from hazards.

Materials Tools & Site Management

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage/handling.

Track project supplies and minimize waste.

Operate commercial roofing equipment (welders cutters power tools etc.).

Qualifications

Required

35 years of experience inlowslopecommercial or industrial roofing.
Strong knowledge ofTPOand PVC systems.
Ability to read plans and follow technical specs.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift 60lbsand work at heights.
