Key job responsibilities
Analytics Product Development:
> Design and build self-service dashboards tracking customer behavior campaign performance and marketing ROI
> Develop automated reporting solutions and predictive models for acquisition retention and churn
> Implement marketing attribution frameworks to measure channel effectiveness
Customer Insights & Analysis:
> Analyze customer journey data across all touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities
> Create segmentation models and cohort analyses to understand lifecycle patterns
> Build audience targeting recommendations and lookalike models
Marketing Performance Optimization:
> Monitor and analyze marketing channel efficiency and campaign performance metrics
> Conduct deep-dive analyses and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI
> Develop forecasting models for marketing spend and expected outcomes
Data Infrastructure:
> Design and maintain data pipelines for marketing and customer data
> Ensure data quality and integrity across analytics systems
> Collaborate with engineering teams to implement tracking and instrumentation
Strategic Initiatives:
> Lead development of a unified marketing analytics platform
> Implement AI/ML solutions for marketing optimization
> Partner with marketing leadership to define measurement strategies and KPIs
> Drive data-driven decision making across the marketing organization
A day in the life
Youll spend your time analyzing marketing performance data building analytics products and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Youll collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand their challenges and design solutionswhether thats creating a new customer segmentation model investigating campaign performance trends or building automated dashboards. Regular interactions with data engineers ensure proper tracking implementation while presentations to leadership communicate how data insights drive strategy. Youll tackle questions like Which channels deliver the best ROI or What drives customer retention Your role bridges technical execution with business impact turning complex data into clear strategies that optimize marketing investments and improve customer engagement.
- 2 years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau QuickSight MicroStrategy PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g. Python Java or R)
- Masters degree or Advanced technical degree
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis co-relation analysis
